We are launching a new project in the area of customer satisfaction with leading medical technology manufacturer Arjo in São Paulo.
The portfolio of the global provider of medical products and solutions includes hygiene, medical beds, decubitus prophylaxis, wound healing, VTE prophylaxis, disinfection and diagnosis. Cogia will support the Brazilian team with its Customer Experience Manager (CXM) solution. Artificial intelligence will be used to analyse the results of customer and partner surveys. In addition, company-relevant information from the internet and social web, including blogs and forums, will be collected, categorised and evaluated. This also includes a sentiment analysis based on Natural Language Processing for the English and Portuguese languages.
